FOR CORRUPTION AND

RACIAL DISCRIMINATION AND
ANARCHY IN NEW JERSEY COURTS AND
VIOLATION JUDICIAL CANON
REFUSAL TO ADDRESS FRAUD ON THE COURT
REFUSAL TO ADDRESS RECUSAL

The court has set an agenda that denies me full disclosure.

The court has made a socioeconomic discriminatory ruling based on all of the setoffs offered in an arm’s length sale to Mr. Figaro, such setoffs that were denied to me.

The court imposed a chilling effect in his ruling that if I was a serious buyer I would have to pay $144,000 when in effect he had already ordered the property sold for $110,400 with offsets. At no time was the property offered to me for $110,400 nor did the court order it sold to me for $110,400  as offered to Savio Figaro.

A judge should be impartial and should not discriminate because of race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, language, marital status, socioeconomic status, or disability.

A judge shall require lawyers in proceedings before the judge to refrain from manifesting, by words or conduct, bias or prejudice based upon race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, language, marital status, socioeconomic status or disability against parties, witnesses, counsel, or others.

A judge who receives information indicating a substantial likelihood that another judge has committed a violation of this Code should take appropriate action. A judge having knowledge that another judge has committed a violation of this Code that raises a substantial question as to the other judge's fitness for office shall inform the appropriate authority.
